The first interview was on the phone asking the basics: why Best Buy, etc. The second interview was with a supervisor, who then recommended I work in the warehouse. Then, finally, the GM did a final interview to assess values and determine if I'm a good fit.

Integrity is a big deal, they test to see if you have any moral gray areas. The GM asked me if another employee was a good friend of mine, and I saw him take a bottle of water without paying for it, what would I do?
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
