Two Interviews; one with the general manager and one with the department specific manager. After you are hired you attend an orientation and then two extra days of systems training.

Very ordinary interview process, had a phone screen. Came into the store for a interview with the hiring manager. Heared back within a few days that I was offered the job.

It is good and just asked about the hobbies and interest.They also asked about the availablity of the person in a week. Overall the experience is good.It took around 15 minutes.
Was very straight forward and professional. Simple questions that are typically asking if you can lift 50lbs, are you willing to be flexible with hours, etc Once they get a gauge on your personality, they usually have a decision.
