Phone interview with 2-3 employees from the team in which I would work on. The last interview was with a principal. He made the offer. That was straight down. The recruiter followed up to see if I accepted.

Overly lengthy process, included a total of four interviews over several month (the kept cancelling on me) as well as a personality test and a writing assignment which took several hours to complete and was provided with only a couple days to complete

Entrevista
All employees seem to be invested in the process which speaks to the culture of belonging at BerryDunn. I had 4 separate interviews, with team members on all different levels. It was natural and comfortable - more like conversations rather than interviews.
