Interviewed by direct Manager not HR. Was not really asks a lot of questions. I asked most of the questions. It appeared the manager was not use to interviewing or hiring people. But that was okay with me because I was hired and laid off 6 weeks later. Between first contact and actual date of hire was very lengthy (almost 2 months) which is sad.

When I asked during the interviewing about Bentleys history of lay offs etc. I was told they rarely lay people off and that "I do not have to worry about that". Well after six weeks of being there... there was a supposed company lay off. When I asked the manager who hired me who stated "I did not have to worry about lay offs", she only said she was sorry. I was shocked and now have no job or income.
