Very quick, didn’t even ask for a portfolio which is weird. Got hired on within a week and was let go due to customers coming in sick all the time asking for makeovers

1st video interview is a bit nerve wracking, second video interview is with an actual person so it is better, enjoyed the second part of the process more than the first

We had to learn about a few products first of all then answer some questions about them. Next we had to go out into the department store and follow people, try to persuade them to come to the counter and sell them products. The company didn’t care about what suited the customers just what products they needed to sell.
