The process is quite long and very structured. As many others pointed out, the steps are the following: - CV Screening - First batch of logical quizzes (approx 3h30) - Second batch of logical quizzes (approx 2h15) - Alva Test (an IQ online test) - First interview, HR, behavioral - Second interview, more logical quizzes - Third interview, very long (+2h), more logical quizzes It is clear that after spending ~15/20h to prepare and sit on the interviews it is quite frustrating to be rejected. It is also true that their obsession with logic/IQ quiz gives the impression they are looking for algorithms rather than people. During the several interviews no competence question was asked, nothing about soft skills (languages proficiency, social skills), only some behavioral questions and an outstanding amount of logic tests and quizzes, over and over and over. They claim they do that to avoid bias, the truth is this process is highly dehumanizing, very stressful and definitely not worth the pain. P.s. I have been through several selection processes, I did not pass many of them. This review is not about frustration for not getting selected, it is about the criteria used in the process which, I think, are more appropriate to select machines than human beings.
