The company requires from the candidate a lot of effort on several take-home assignments (logic tests, small problems, coding problems) that take almost 10 hours of your time. Some of the problems are interesting/fun, some not that much. But after all this effort on you part, don't expect much from them. I was rejected with some rather generic feedback without talking to a real person even once throughout the whole process.
