They ask you to do a one sided video interview. Super impersonal and I felt rushed to answer each question as they are being timed. This process alone makes me not want to give Bell another shot, they don’t want to waste time with me... so why invest in them. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I submitted that video and not one follow up or update about the status of it. Again really impersonal and really just turned me off about the company. People are different and this process honestly feels like they don’t care about engaging talent to even have a conversation
