I had a great experience throughout the interview process at Behavox, which consisted of three rounds. Before each round, the recruiter provided detailed instructions on how to prepare, including a helpful breakdown of the key areas to focus on. Initially I had a call with the recruiter, where we discussed the role and my experience. Shortly after, I received a link to take a cognitive test. The first round was a technical interview, lasting 60-90 minutes. Since the role was primarily front-end focused, the questions centered around core front-end knowledge, both theoretical and practical. The second round was an interview with the Engineering Manager, lasting 60 minutes, and focused on competencies specific to Behavox. The final round was a cultural fit and attitude interview with the VP, also lasting 60 minutes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the process. The feedback was prompt and clear, and the recruiter’s detailed prep materials for each round were invaluable. They saved me time, reduced stress, and ensured I was well-prepared every step of the way.

I genuinely enjoyed interviewing with Behavox. The whole process was transparent, they tell you in advance what they expect from you during each step of the interview, so there's no guessing game. No red flags noticed. Dope projects. I accepted another offer but may knock their door in the future. The only thing that could be improved is the timeline. It takes longer than the other companies, would be nice to have a panel over a couple of days, rather than scheduling the interview after the previous one is done.
