They ask you questions for the first 10 minutes and then they show you around the facility. They also have you interact with the children to see how they react to you.

First of all, I dont live in US but they invited me to interview. This interview process is not complete yet so I can not describe the process. But I can say its fast and clear for now.

Entrevista
Phone call and then in person interview with the supervisor. The supervisor was extremely friendly and made the whole process less stressful. Would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends looking to get into this business.
