Not very friendly, was very quick to make assumptions, picked apart my resume and background without allowing for any explanation or conversation. He mentioned that, Behavior Functions is not flexible with schedule or cases. You will be stuck with the same caseload for a very long time (could be a pro could be a con). Not very supportive.
