HR phone screening going over general work experience and what I'm looking for. Then got scheduled to speak with manager and another dev which went well. It was mostly previous experience and technical questions. Onsite was a waste of time. Wasted 15min waiting for the manager to arrive. The whole onsite consisted of working on a dummy app and which you present at the end of the day. There was no time to really get to know the people you would be working with. The office was not at all impressive.
