Had a screening call with the HR person, who kept yawning from the start of the interview (super demoralizing) and then totally ghosted me for the next 4 weeks. I gave up all hope after 3 follow-up emails, but then he reached out asking if I would be available for face-to-face interviews the coming Friday. I responded yes, and then he did not reply with any details about the interview. Two days before the interview, he asked if the next Friday would work for me instead. I again responded yes, and then he again did not reply with any details (despite two follow-up emails) and then a day before the interview, emailed saying the interview would not take place. Very frustrating candidate experience, extremely unprofessional recruiter.

Entrevista
In eerste instantie duidelijk en goed sollicitatieproces. Alleen wanneer er richting aanbieding gegaan werd, werd het onduidelijk. Ik moest lang wachten en hierdoor ben ik niet verder gegaan in het proces.

Entrevista
Werd na de tweede ronde afgewezen ook al had ik de case en presentatie goed gedaan. Afwijzing was oa op grond van "cultural fit." Eerste gesprek was informeel, interviewers maakten een goede indruk op me. Tweede gesprek had een paar fit vragen, een Guesstimation vraag en presentatie.
Met de recruiter over het algemeen wel een heel positieve ervaring gehad. Was altijd bereikbaar en hield me goed op de hoogte.
