Le process chez BearingPoint est un véritable parcours du combattant: - Premier entretien téléphonique RH J'ai d'abord reçu une réponse négative suite à cet entretien suivie d'une correction qui me confirmait que la boite souhaitait poursuivre le process de recrutement. - J'ai attendu plus d'un mois - malgré plusieurs relances- pour avoir la date des entretiens suivants. - Durant tout le process je recevais des invitations Teams pour les entretiens suivies d'annulation, puis d'autres mails de confirmation ... Je devais être contacté par une personne qui devait m'expliquer le déroulement des entretiens, la personne en question m'envoie un message une semaine après la fin du processus .... bref l'organisation n'était pas au rdv. Pas très pro. - 2 entretiens sur 3 se sont très bien déroulés ( 2 entretiens de motivation dont un avec un associé et un troisième cas d'études ). - 3eme entretien avec l'associé très désagréable, posture assez hautaine, entretien écourté de 15 minutes. J'ai été coupé plusieurs fois d'une manière assez agressive. Je n'ose même pas imaginer comment cet associé traite ses collaborateurs au quotidien .... - J'ai reçu une réponse ( refus) assez rapidement (pour une fois!).

The recrutment process took place during an entire afternoon. It started by one of the consultants explaining what Bearing Point was followed by 3 interviews. The first one was with a Senior Consultant, the second was where I passed their casse interview. I then passed the last interview with an associate of the company. A very technical and hard interview to be honest. At the end of all this they asked me to write by hand on a paper my impression of the entire process and specifically what I was able to learn from experience. All of this lasted from 2 to 7 PM, it was hard, demanding but I also learnt a lot and appreciated all the process taking place on a single day rather than during multiple weeks.
