The interview process consisted of a screening call with hiring manager followed by panel interviews. I then had to share a presentation which I prepared. After that, the company downgraded the position and didn't consider any Director level candidates.

Entrevista
Two conversations - a phone screen and a Zoom call with the HM. The phone screen seemed OK. At the next meeting, the hiring manager was a no show. After rescheduling, she was 15 minutes late to the meeting. When I finally met with the hiring manager, she was super distracted and I got the feeling that she didn't think my questions, especially about the culture at the company, were very important. Among other things, I think working for a Chinese company in the US would have some cultural implications (or not) but she just kept repeating that they were a global company. She quickly wrapped things up after that, and so did I. I emailed the recruiter right afterwards and removed myself rom consideration.
Have 6+ rounds of phone screens, invited for onsite. Offer was extended and then retracted due to team restructure/management change of mind . Be aware of the company promise and credibility as a startup. Heard previous employees left due to overwork.
