I had six onsite interviews in a row. 5 of them are technical white-boarding interviews (3 were 1:1, 2 had two interviews), 1 is a non-technical lunch. Even though the interviewers were really nice and chill, they went straight to the technical questions after a little bit of chit chat. It was tiring at the end of the day.

I had an unprofessional experience with Bazaarvoice’s recruiter. After expressing interest in my profile, the HR mentioned they would schedule the interview but never followed up. Despite multiple polite reminders and calls, there was no response or update. Being ignored without any communication reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. I hope the company improves its hiring communication and professionalism in the future.
