They tell you to to present to them as they are a prospect, to stay in BazarVoice character and give you 48 hours to prep. They say that every potential for any position has to do this. At the end they told me that it was the best presentation they had ever seen a candidate do then accused me of knowing someone there that gave me all the info (which was easily available as a downloaded presentation by their CEO online). They all seemed a bit elitist, only listening to what each other were saying and generally not interested in what I was doing. It had sort of a "Dinner With Schmucks" vibe to it...Seems that I was the Schmuck! Panel interview that lasted 2 1/2 hours w/ hiring VP, 3 RVP peer's & 4 potential direct reports. They vote on all candidates and it must be unanimous. It was 4:4 w/ no swing vote. Hiring VP said he voted for me but rep's that would work for me didn't. I told him that it seemed very odd that he "loved me" (his term) but couldn't hire me. Very strange process & very strange culture...maybe their offices should be located 90 mile north of Austin. Hard to believe that this is their true process. All that said, very cool products with raving fans and a company w/ a lot of runway ahead of it.
