Standard initial screen with recruiter followed by 1x1 with hiring manager. Followed by multiple rounds of 1x1 and 2x2 interviews with peers and direct reports. The final round was a presentation on how to approach a product opportunity for Bazaarvoice. The issue was with how candidates are treated, not professional at all. to go through all those rounds, spend time on a presentation then to be completely ghosted. No feedback, no response, no "Were going in another direction" NOTHING. I even reached out weeks later just to see what the story was, no reply at all. Terrible
