Expect a full day with multiple panels of various employees from leadership to prospective peers. They want a minimum of three very specific examples for each interview question and then be grilled about them. It took over a year from my initial interview to my start date.

Describe an instance where you had to carefully weigh pros and cons against each other and you
made the wrong decision.
Initial screening interview with HR, if your application is selected to move forward. Next step is an intense day of interview panels. Interview questions are more behavioral. It is very difficult to get an interview if you do not already work for Bayer. It is also a very long process. Between my initial HR interview and receiving an offer it took more than a full year.
