Brief screening interview with HR followed by 30 minutes with hiring manager. The next step was a panel interview. I was left in limbo for a long time until the whole process was completed. I think the person interviewing me was pausing to read a script or rate responses.

Thorough with a ppt round followed by questions regarding the disease and molecule. In the ppt, one has to prepare it on the basis of an article provided as well as google research. There may also be a few HR questions.

There was no as such problem.
One thing they can improve is to give interview results and feedback on time.
Other than this it was good.
