All the process took about 3 weeks, there were 3 round and each round for 40-60 min in a friendly and open manner of hr manager and potencial boss with standart questions related to professional skills, background, personal treats, ambitions. No questions related to hobbies, private life and etc

Agency - cv - Skype interview - then next stage (1:1) with Bayer 'two managers'. One for the territory being recruited for and another for the neighbouring territory.
1: Present a 10min pre prepared 'territory plan' on powerpoint. Highlighting your actions in the first 90 days of the job inc. discuss teamwork, territory formulary status etc.etc.
2: Q&A after presentations
3: 1:1 Competency Based interview - MUST BE STAR format

Pregunta 1
Standard competency based interviews from a pool they had noted down (they chose which to ask between them on the day). They were very helpful in terms of trying to fit in the STAR format but very strict on it. I didn't get the job because they didn't feel my 'STAR format was good enough' but they said my 'pre prepared presentation was excellent and very well researched ...it was!'.
