I wouldn’t know because they ghosted me twice. I was sent an email to select a screening time. I scheduled my appointment and at the appointment time was not contacted. I sent an email and then rescheduled the appointment. Still nothing. Pretty unprofessional and rude.

straight forward, know a response concerning your goals and where you see yourself in 5 years. Attractive pay, tuition reimbursment is low but they do have opportunities in critical shortage areas
