The interview occurred on time, with one HR person. Then I met with the manager and had a little interview with him. The questions were average, not difficult. Submitted application on-line and within 2 days was called for the interview.

Interviewed with manager and department head. Easy and friendly. Had to answer typical interview questions about team work, conflict resolution, handling stress, and the typical where do you see yourself in five years.

Conducted and interview with the off going and on coming nurse manager and then had a peer interview. I loved the opportunity to have a peer interview to ask questions specific to the unit.

The management was vey organized, very courteous, & professional. I was introduced to supervisors, charge nurses, and other management. I was made to feel comfortable & given a tour of the unit.
