First the consultant called me up ans asked that they are collection data for their data base. Then a relevant consultant from the same company called to explain about the role and the benefite. He then explained about the company and all related things. He was too professional and a class apart from other recruiter firms. I was then asked by the same consultant to come to his office first to solve a case study of 2 hours. The case study was too exhaustive and took all my experience out of me on the paper. It appealed to the employers and they called me for a face to face for the very next day. The F2F was with my hiring manager (HM). HM explained about the company and then asked about my accomplishments. Some areas where I could have highlighted myself. It was a good round. Then an another consultant (senior to existing person in contact) from the same consultant company called me (first consultant asked me for this before second consultant called me). The main objective of the company and the consultant is to check that why 'YOU' and do you rightly fir into the company. Are you joining for right reasons, acceptable to the company. Last round was with HoD. I really enjoyed the interview process :)
