Applied online. Hr contacted me and scheduled on site interview with two managers. Pretty basic questions about background and a few behavioral questions. They said they would contact me for a second round interview if selected.

Initial screening interview with HR, followed by a call with the finance team, and then a final call with the business leader for the region. The whole process lasted about a month

What is your biggest weakness? Why are you interested in working here? What is your proficiency level with excel?
I applied through the company's job portal and received a screening call shortly thereafter. The interview itself was primarily behaviour-based. I received an offer about two weeks later. The interview itself was more conversational, and the two stakeholders leading the call were friendly and wanted to learn more about me.
