I had the first interview on site at a career fair at my local college campus, this interview lasted about 30 minutes and was 1-1 with one person. The next interview they called me about that same week and I interviewed on site at Baxter. This interview was all day and I interviewed with 6 different people lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour each.

Sat with two quality managers, Casual conversation asking about background and experiences. Both were invested and gave good feedback. They were both interested in the questions I asked them and responded thoughtfully.

Entrevista
I had a telephone interview first with recruiter then another telephone interview with managers. This was followed by a face to face interview with managers on site. It was very relaxed and i was made to feel comfortable.

Walk through interview. Interviewed by 4 members of the quality team. Very easy interview, they didn't ask many questions, they were more concerned with my writing an computer skills. While on tour the hiring manager briefed me on the company's history and work environment. The interview was more informative
