It was a group interview. The manager was nice and respectful. They asked basic questions nothing too stressful. For the location I was at they were not hiring a lot so the chance of you getting the job is slim so try be yourself I would say.

Group interview. They asked us our availability, and to tell them something about us. There were 3 of us, and the whole thing lasted about 30 minutes. 2-3 questions and in the end we needed to "sell" to one of the interviewers one of the products they had to choose from.

Involved group interview, asking a lot of scenario based questions and how to build a genuine connection with customers. There were times were the interviewer would act as the customer and you would be tested on what to do.

The interview process was not too difficult. Very basic questions like how would you sell this product. They also wanted to know the availability. They also let me know the growth opportunities at Bath and Body Works.
