Me and two women were sat in a semi-circle and interviewed about how to respond to retail situations. After the first round, me and one woman remained for the last round of questions, and then we were both offered positions.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
