There was a group interview with the manager and her boss. The manager was conducting the interview while the boss was quiet most of the time. I realized it was important to engage the boss as well because she wasn't being addressed by any of the interviewees. I think I left a good impression because after two weeks I was called and offered the position.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
