I was called back about two weeks from the initial application was turned in. I came for the interview and was told to pick out my favorite product in the store. Two other girls and I walked outside to meet the hiring manager. He asked questions on how we would deal with certain situations and reasons why we would like to work with the company.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
