I applied and filled out the application in the store and was scheduled for an interview. The interview consisted of a group of people. We were asked a series of questions and answered freely. After the interview I got a call a few days later to come in for oreintaion. I believe they do background checks as well.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
