Initial interview held with branch manager. Drug screening was then scheduled along with an additional interview at their corporate headquarters near Harrisburg, Pa. The 200 mile round trip takes approximately 4 hours, once there you fill out an employment application and go through a brief interview. A complete waste of time in my opinion.

Standard questions, including various levels of experience and years of employment. Since this is an outside sales position you performance reports from previous employers showing your sit and sale percentages will nail this job for you as it did me if you a closer! One of the things that surprised me about this company that I've never experienced before, is that they will not even consider hiring you if you've ever been arrested, not convicted but arrested.

Interviewers were very friendly and professional. I went through 3 different interviews and no one had the courtesy to reach out. I asked for feedback after every interview and it was overwhelmingly positive every time. Hard to imagine that a company would actually find you or your time valuable.
