This is a small non-profit organization. I interviewed with the founder of the company. She was very nice. I had replied to an add in the newspaper. We set up an appointment for a few days later. She seemed as interested in how we got along together as in how much work experience I had. This was a very low stress, casual, one on one interview. The questions were very basic. No curve balls. Just go in and be open and friendly.
