In general, the interview process was easy. First, you had to complete 4 GMAT tests and then it was following the interview. Some candidates did 2 tests, then interview and then the rest of the tests.
The tests were mostly numerical and verbal reasoning ( no calculator), and the time limit for each test was in the range between 25-35 minutes.

I was contacted by GRB regarding this role at Base 3 Systems.
The interview process consisted of 2 hour GMAT exam divided into 4 sections, including verbal reasoning. The questions on the exam were similar to the ones on the Maths challenges held at school. Therefore, revise the formulas for finding areas and the rules for triangles and finding angles!
Following by a face-to-face interview which was about 45 minutes long.

Had a call from recruitment agency who had found my CV online. I then went for half a day assessment centre- some tests and face to face interview.
Tests lasted around 2 hours
Interview half an hour
Did better on the interview. Panel was very friendly
Was made an offer the following week

Four 30 minute GMAT tests, relatively straight forward especially with a mathematical background but it is essential to do well in them. 30 minute interview, standard questions to find out about you as a person and friendly interviewers who try their best to make you feel relaxed.
