The interview process was fairly straightforward, with three rounds. One challenge I encountered was a lack of transparency around salary, so I’d recommend clarifying the base compensation early in the process. The offer didn’t align with my expectations, and there was limited flexibility for negotiation, which made it difficult to move forward.
Overall, it could be a suitable opportunity as a stepping stone, though in my view, experience may not be fully reflected in the compensation.

3 interview rounds. 1st one with the recruiter, was pretty easy. 2nd with manager about my previous role and experience. Very friendly and easy going person. Some common interview questions and in the end told me I'm through to the next round with his manager. She was very nice person. Again some common interview questions. I wasn't clearly told what happens next but basically I got selected
