First I had to submit an online application which asked a few questions around the topic of teamvworking, next was a 30 minute telephone interview which consisted mainly of compentency questions which were relatively the same as what you might be asked elsewhere, finally was the assessment centre which has 3 stages of a 1-1 interview, group assessment and presentation.

Eight online pre-recorded interview question, some situational based and other were experience based. Nothing was unexpected but need to prepare as you only get about 60 seconds before recording begins.
