Great but long, c challenging, very prolongs. Frustrating. Difficult. What kind of fun, yeah and all of that no nonsense now cannot open page Glasthule get tired. they asked me about what was the most difficult child. they asked me about what was the most difficult child. I faced in my life, and I mentioned about how I had to revise on my A-levels and maths.
The interview experience was professional and engaging, with a structured yet conversational flow. It felt slightly intense at times, but also thought-provoking and insightful. The questions challenged me to think clearly and communicate my ideas confidently. Overall, it was a valuable and motivating experience that pushed me outside my comfort zone while helping me reflect on my strengths and areas for growth.

Entrevista
The first round in the process is a 15 minute telephone interview with an associate. After that usually an in-office assessment center would take place with many other interview rounds ranging from analyst to partner.
5 rounds, technical interview (brainteaser, discussion about academic projects and previous internship, coding in python, algorithmics, complexity, questions in math, stats and proba, optimization) but also fit interviews (ambition, why markets, why tradingetc.)
