The initial stages were in standard psychometric testing format, with lots of questions relating to firm values, etc. Codility assessment followed with three main questions, should be okay for most with comp sci background, otherwise do plenty of prep on the Codility site prior

Codility assessment had three main questions. Time was not an issue, but questions were difficult for someone from a non comp-sci background.
OA-VI-SPD
OA: characters
VI: stochastic calculus and data type(martingale, black scholes, pca, linear regression, linear algebra, Monte Carlo stimulation, sliding window, binary search)
SPD: maths tests x 2 plus coding test
