I was 28 minutes early for my interview and waited over 30 minutes to an hour past my interview time to speak with the individual I was scheduled to talk to. At that time I was told that they were not sure if the person that was supposed to interview me was even there. So I ended up being interviewed by someone else. I wasted a large amount of time trying to pursue any possibility of employment with this company only to find out the following day by email that they wouldn't be considering my application any further.

Automated phone screening, phone interview with recruiter, in person interview with two managers. Lengthy process, and background check. However, great place to work! I can handle the lengthy process for a great career.

30 minute telephone interview, consisted of 3 questions about the specific role.
Being able to cope under pressure and how to work as a team giving examples of both scenarios and if you could of made either of them situations easier for everyone involved.
