2nd round - department head interview (online) for half an hour in the same day
They did not come back to provide updates.

gave the interview, it was very nice conversation, but for last one month I am waiting for feedback, process should be very fast. Lets see if they get back after 2-3 months

Comp based five questions on site interview , no presentation requirement . Extensive screening after the interview before an offer is made to a candidate . Process felt robust and fair
Very streamlined and easy questions . Basic questions on domain expertise to gauge knowledge. Also they will gauge on leadership skills. Interview process will be completed in about a month time.
