Assessment Centre consisting of a case study with an associate and an interview with HR covering behavioural-type questions. Case study can be quite intense, you're asked to prepare a presentation using rather large amount of information just received. Try to quickly make a plan and speak coherent. Treat this as a regular presentation, being enthusiastic and looking into the camera if virtual. Memorise and intertwine the values and you'll be fine.

Straightforward, immersive and clear. With planning the questions are not overly complex or difficult to answer in the preparation time available. Would recommend researching the Bank and the specific role and motivation for applying.

Online Assessment - Situational Judgement, Personality, Numerical Tests - Telephone Interview - AC (Haven't had yet)
Was all pretty straight forward, nothing out of the ordinary. The deadline was extended by 2 weeks originally, not really sure why.
Not been yet, but advised that the AC contains 3 parts: 1:1 interview with a senior associate in my department; group exercise; 45 minute preparation on a new topic followed by 15 minute presentation to a senior associate.
