I applied online and had several tests. The application process took approximately a month. After all tests, got an email about phone interview. Chose the available slot and a recrutier called at exact time. It lasted 40 minutes and questions were based on moral-ethics. Also there were questions like "How do you follow finance? How do you behave in teamwork? What motivates you? What others think about you?" etc.
