If you pass the test, you will get an invitation of verbal test. Just some basic calculation and English reading. Be careful the time and read the questions really careful. Then, they will review your resume. I failed to get interview and I think they only want people from top universities in US, cause my university is really good in Australia and the rank of my faculty is also top around the world.

Interview with the hiring manager and his supervisor in some dingy room that was not suitable for meetings. Neither of the interviewers greeted me when I entered the room. One of them did not even once looked at me during the interview. They came late and clearly had no interest in being there. It was obvious that the role had already been given to an internal candidate but they had to please HR.

Process took 6 weeks. Online application CV + CL following by online tests. Then 2 x 1H in person interviews with some senior traders. Brainteasers and market sizing questions + options pricing.
Questions regarding basic knowledge of trading and accounting. Going through the CV and specific questions about education and previous experience. Interviewers may help answer the questions or explain something that you might not be able to know.
