Fast track application from Spring Insight Program. The interviews were done by VP's and Directors and they were varied. In my interviews i wasn't asked technical questions but others got asked, but I think i let my guard down because it was more like a conversation that an interview and I forget I was being tested..A lesson for the you guys, don't be deceived by how casual the interviewer sounds, he/she is still looking for the best candidate because they cant take everyone

How would you measure the amount of petrol used in the UK per day?
Overall a fairly standard IB interview. The first round is a good mix of behavoral and technical questions. Very friendly and encouraging envrioment really enjoyed getting to know my interviewer.

1st round was 30 min with an associate
Very standard IB SA interview
Didn't make it to the AC (really low pass rate for the first batch of 1st round)
First round behavioral and diversity summit final round mix of behavioral and technical. Technicals were basic 3 valuation, view of markets, resume. 2 interviews for final round each 20-30 mins.
