The CEO Lee Little does all the hiring at Bar-Z. The entire interview process consists of a phone screening, on-site interview, wonderlic test, and thorough reference checks. Lee is active in each step of this process. He began with constant communication via email and even told me he really liked me as a potential candidate. After completing the entire process he became a nuisance when contacting my references. Then he completely stopped communicating with me. I continued to reach out to him with questions but he gave me one dry answer and then ignored me. This is not the first job where I haven't received an offer. However I felt it was the most misleading and unprofessional experiences I have encountered.
