      Entrevista

      It was one of the worst interviews that I have had. During the interview, it was noticed that the environment was not particularly conducive, due to the office not being fully set up. However, a more suitable space could have been considered, or arrangements could be made in advance. It appeared that the hiring manager frequently glanced at his phone and smartwatch, which might have given the impression of being distracted. Additionally, body posture seemed informal, with slouching and sitting in a manner that might not reflect a professional setting. It was also noted that the candidate's resume was not prepared for review, and the candidate was asked to provide a printed copy on the spot, while no effort was made to open the laptop or print the resume beforehand. Punctuality could have been improved, as the interview did not start on time. Furthermore, certain comments made immediately after the candidate left the seat, such as "the interview ended so early," could be seen as unprofessional, especially if overheard. Lastly, standing up to thank the candidate and guiding them to the exit would have left a more positive and courteous impression. For MANDAI RESORTS: I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the interview process is often the candidate's first impression of the company. As we all know, the Human Resources department plays a critical role in shaping the company culture and setting the tone for how employees are treated and valued.
