Interviews with HR/recruiter, supervisors and colleagues. The initial and colleague interviews were conducted via the phone. Interview with practice leadership was conducted in person. Most interviews were conversational in nature, very few behavioral questions, but the one that were related directly to past work experience in consulting or industry specific scenarios. With the right experience, the questions were very easy to answer.
