The process from the start was great - the recruiter was super energetic and great with giving me insight on how the hiring manager would interview and what questions they would ask.
The first interview was great with just the hiring manager. It felt informal and relaxed which was great, and the conversation flowed well. We talked about product design and Banners plans for the future with digital.
The second interview was a panel interview with 5 other product managers. Although this was a Teams interview given the current situation, it was as good as it could be. While the recruiter set me up with info on how this interview would go, it did not play out that way at all. There were some good questions but overall I was caught off guard with how I had prepared (situational type questions).
At the end, I received the generic canned "moving on with other candidates" email. I emailed and called the recruiter twice and left a message asking for feedback but most likely will not hear back. Oh well!
