I talked with MD on LinkedIn and he said hiring manager will send me link for the position. I didn't get any msg from hiring manager so I sent him msg. Hiring manager said I will get link from the recruiter. I tried to follow up with Manager to get link for application I did not get any reply at all. I got call from recruiter after 20 days after that he sent me link to view job description and told me to wait for scheduling interview. I got email from Senior Data engineer to schedule technical interview for 45 mins. Technical interview was very basic sql,data modelling and python questions. I felt that person who was taking my interview was not clear about the concepts himself. He had less experience than me I could see that easily the way he asked questions. I answered every question he asked and he said right to each one of them. I got mail next week about the rejection. I asked them feedback I didn't receive any email. Things to keep in mind for this company before applying : They lack professionalism Process is very slow (They don't reply at all when ask for update) I asked what's the career growth in the company? He didn't have any answer. He said we don't have much right now. If you are looking to learn and grow in you next opportunity this is not the company. I interviewed in facebook for technical round of SQL and I cleared that which was very difficult after that I get rejected on basic questions SQL at Bank OZK. I had one of worst interview process experience.
