The interview consisted of a brief phone conversation, followed up by a thorough in person interview with who would eventually become my manager as well as a portion of my time was spent with the Managing Director of Human Resources. The setting was formal, but the flow of the interview was very conversational, dotted with some pointed questions, as to be expected.
